My Story

I have over five years of experience in a professional role since graduating as a Civil Engineer. However, my deep fascination with the complexity of the human body led me to explore a career in ear care.

My journey into ear wax removal began in New Zealand, where I spent several months shadowing a family clinic in Auckland. During this time, I developed a strong understanding of ear anatomy and safe wax removal techniques, dedicating my Saturdays to hands-on learning. Inspired by this experience, I returned to the UK in May 2024 and completed specialist training with Microsuction UK, equipping me to perform ear wax removal safely and effectively.

Since then, I have transitioned into a full-time role, collaborating with local pharmacists, GP surgeries, and other healthcare professionals. My practice has recently expanded to Launceston, and I have continued to enhance my expertise through further training with TJ Audiology, specializing in ear impressions and moulds. I am also currently training with the SMAE Institute, endorsed by Queen Margaret University, where I am refining my knowledge and clinical skills.

I am fully insured with Insync Insurance, registered with the Association of Healthcare Trainers (AoHT), and committed to Continual Professional Development (CPD). Additionally, I am DBS-checked and certified in First Aid (BLS), ensuring the highest standards of safety and care for my clients.
